Savage Drift (Monument 14 #3) by Emmy Laybourne

Synopsis:
The stunningly fierce conclusion to Emmy Laybourne's Monument 14trilogy.

The survivors of the Monument 14 have finally made it to the safety of a Canadian refugee camp. Dean and Alex are cautiously starting to hope that a happy ending might be possible.

But for Josie, separated from the group and trapped in a brutal prison camp for exposed Type Os, things have gone from bad to worse. Traumatized by her experiences, she has given up all hope of rescue or safety.

Meanwhile, scared by the government's unusual interest in her pregnancy, Astrid (with her two protectors, Dean and Jake in tow) joins Niko on his desperate quest to be reunited with his lost love Josie.

Author Emmy Laybourne reaches new heights of tension and romance in this action-packed conclusion to the Monument 14 trilogy.

My Rating
-4/5-

Another one of my favorite books loved this book in the series it was a great end to  the trilogy. Astrid and her pregnancy. Josie in a type O camp that is awful. Niko trying to save her. And Astrid trying to stay safe herself. It's interesting how it all comes together and how everything works out and it's a great ending for these guys after everything they have been though.
I do wonder though what happens to the rest of the United States as this goes on or if everyone is safe and there is really a happy ending for everyone. I guess you can't know everything though and that's fine.
There is 3 novellas in this series that I have not read but hopefully get the chance to read and hopefully get more about all the stories.

Oh though I must mention one thing I dislike about this book.
This picture is in the very back it's one of the maps so you have an idea where they go and what not. Like that idea gives you a perspective. What I don't like is Monument, Colorado was put in Wyoming. -_- I'm sorry this just upsets me.
The red little dot like thing is where Monument Colorado is so you can tell that someone just didn't take the time to pay attention and they put it in the wrong square shaped state. Easy enough mistake but I really do wish people would pay attention it does make me mad that this happened though!
